Ambassadors Caregivers was founded in 2003 to give families private-duty support during hospital stays and, later, the everyday care that makes aging in place possible.

Dr. Victoria Bryant, PharmD
Dr. Bryant is a Doctor of Pharmacy and the president of Ambassadors Caregivers. The agency is women-owned and locally operated from the Museum District, just outside the Texas Medical Center.
Her public recognitions have included Top 30 Influential Women of Houston (2016), Houston Business Journal 40 Under 40, Houston Woman’s Magazine 50 Most Influential Women (2013), the VAN TV Community Leader Award (2015), and Texas Executive Women Women on the Move (2015).

How we hire
An Ambassador is an employee, not a stranger from an app.
Employed
Caregivers work for Ambassadors. They are not 1099 contractors. The company carries the relationship, the insurance, and the accountability.
Covered
The agency is insured, bonded, and licensed by the State of Texas. Privacy follows HIPAA.
Who we serve
Older adults who want to remain at home, families who live across town or across the country, people recovering after a hospital stay, and clients living with memory loss or complex chronic illness.
What we will not do
We will not send an unvetted contractor because a shift opened up. We will not treat a care plan as a one-size checklist. Matching the person matters as much as filling the hours.
